Tuesday May 11, 2021 Monthly Breakfast Meeting 7:30 am

The Greater Blythewood Chamber of Commerce will be held on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at Doko Manor. Doors open at 7:00 am for networking with a FULL Breakfast offering provided by Little Pigs Catering. Sponsors for this month’s breakfast are The Town of Blythewood, Thermal Technologies, Shives Funeral Home and Great Southern Homes. Following community reports we will be featuring check presentations from our successful Doko Rib Fest Cook Off on the Park to our desgnated great local charity honorees Camp Discovery, Stonehouse Ministries, and The Big Red Barn Retreat. In recognition Small Business Month, our guest speaker wll be Allen Brown. Midlands Coordinator and Business Consultant with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) addressing some of the COVID relief programs available to small businesses from the US Small Business Administration including the Shuttered Venue Operators grant and the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. He will also update us on the variety of resources available from SBDC. This is a great program for restaurant owners, food truck operators, and venue managers as well as for new and potential entrepreneurs. You will not want to miss his informative presentation.
