On July 27th, documentary filmmaker Ray Smith, a Blythewood Chamber member, told the story of “The Lost 74: The Story of the USS Frank E. Evans”, his newest film, in a free program at the South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum in Columbia.
