The Greater Blythewood Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) Board of Directors voted to continue the Shop Local Marketing Program that commenced on October 1, 2021, at the reguarly scheduled June Monthly Board Meeting. The winning bid to facilitate production and print ads for this value added initiative has been awarded to The Country Chronicle for the next cycle expected to extend through the remainder of 2021.

The Country Chronicle will provide this feature on the inside back cover of their weekly local publication each Thursday which includes logo representation of each subscribing member with a weekly rotating spotlight feature ad, article, and photo of the features subscriber for the week chosen by that business.

This same weekly presentation is also provided on the GBCC Facebook page.

We are in the process of enhancements to this presentation in the coming weeks.

GBCC provides payment for the weekly production of the print ads and Facebook presentation. Available to locally owned and operated Chamber members for a small monthly subcription fee, this provides an avenue for our local businesses. the backbone of our community, for affordable promotion of their businesses on an ongoing basis.
