Come join us in our inaugural Volksmarch event starting at the Doko Meadows Park Palmetto Citizens Amphitheater stage at 10:00 am. $10.00 Entry fee.

We will be taking a non-competitive approximately 7 km walk to and from the park encompassing the park trails Blythewood’s historical sites and merchants throughout the Town Center District enabling you to visit each of the sites and shops “up close and personal” like never before.

Representatives from many of the locations will be on hand to greet you along the way offering information, “goodies” and/or coupons as a token of their appreciation as you pass by.

Each participant will receive a commemorative medal at the the completion of this event and special prizes will be awarded to those recording the most individual location stops noted on their participation packet.

We expect completion to be 12:00 pm back at the amphitheater stage in time for the first musical performance and opening of the Biergartens, Kindertown and your favorite food or merchandise vendor spaces and the day’s fun filled events.
