2017 Total Solar Eclipse – Blythewood Events

At 2:41 p.m. on Monday, August 21, 2017, viewers gathering in our area will experience the longest period of 100% total eclipse for a metro area on the entire East Coast of the United States. Ten great events are coming to Blythewood to help celebrate this historic Total Eclipse of the Sun…and they are all free!


August 8th Breakfast Meeting

Event Date: Aug 08, 2017

This will be our annual local high school football coaches presentation. Brian Smith, head coach for Blythewood High School and Dustin Curtis, head coach for Westwood High School will review last year’s season, tell us about this year’s teams and what their expectations are.


Oct. 25th: Leadership Blythewood: Cybersecurity-What You Need to Know to Keep Your Business Safe

This lunch-n-learn will provide an overview of cyber security for business owners in South Carolina: The threat landscape they face, the classes of cyber criminals active today, the techniques these criminal use, the most serious vulnerabilities businesses face and the practical steps you can take to reduce risk and prepare to respond to a data breach.
